Shipping and Return Policy
Shipping your purchase to you
Once you place an order the team here at RELICKO will send you an email of fulfilment. Which will give you all the details about the order and where it will be arriving.
If you see an error on your order confirmation please email us at:
email@example.com and we will amend this straight away.
Shipping will take an average of 3 to 6 working days but could potentially be quicker. If there is a delay with your order and you still haven't received the order please contact us as soon as possible and we will find out what is happening.
Also we would greatly appreciate the feedback on Trustpilot (link is on homepage 'review' button) or drop us an email so we can improve and make our processes for you better or more efficient.
Returning an Order
This is a very easy process, if you ever need to return a order (within the 30 days from purchase date) just drop us an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
or contact us on the website/ Instagram and we will offer either alternatives or an address to send this order too. Please be aware we do not pay for returns but we will work with you to come up with a solution to making it easier for you.
